EU Digital Services Act
Last updated October 5, 2026
This page sets out the information the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, "DSA") asks online platforms to publish. nudeorbit.com is operated by:
Nudeorbit Limited951 Office House of Francis Ilu de Port

Single point of contact
For EU Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Art. 11), and for users of the service (Art. 12): dsa@nudeorbit.com. We answer in English. Users can also reach us through the report form, which is handled by people, not only by automated tools.
Reporting illegal content (notice and action, Art. 16)
Anyone can flag a listing through the report form. Every video page links to it. A good notice explains why the content is illegal, gives the exact URL, and, for copyright, identifies the work and the rights holder. Name and email are optional except for copyright notices; we do not need them to act on reports about minors or non-consensual content.
- Reports about minors or non-consensual content take the video offline immediately while we review it.
- Other reports are reviewed by our moderation team, usually within 48 hours.
- If you leave an email, we confirm receipt and tell you what we decided.
Statement of reasons (Art. 17)
When we remove or restrict a listing, comment or account, the affected user receives the reason, the facts relied on, whether automated means were involved, and how to challenge the decision. Anyone opening a removed listing sees a clear notice that it has been taken down.
Complaints and out-of-court settlement (Art. 20 and 21)
You can contest any moderation decision within six months by writing to dsa@nudeorbit.com with the URL and why you disagree. A person who was not involved in the original decision reviews it. You may also turn to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body in the EU.
Content moderation
Every video streams from a partner site. Before a listing ever appears, our safety filters screen out anything pointing to minors, non-consent or other illegal material. Listings are re-checked around the clock, and anything removed by a partner disappears here too. Comments are filtered for links and banned terms and can be removed by moderators.
Misuse (Art. 23)
Accounts that repeatedly post illegal content are suspended. People who repeatedly send manifestly unfounded reports may have their reports deprioritised.
Recommender systems (Art. 27)
How we order and suggest videos is explained in the Recommender System Guidelines.
Advertising (Art. 26)
Ads on nudeorbit.com are served by third-party ad networks and are always shown in a slot marked “Advertisement”. We do not use profiling based on special categories of personal data to target ads, and we do not target ads at minors: the site is for adults only.
Protection of minors (Art. 28)
The site sits behind an 18+ entry check, carries the RTA label on every page so parental controls block it, and removes any report about a minor immediately.
Transparency (Art. 24)
Average monthly active recipients of the service in the EU: fewer than 45 million. We update this figure at least every six months.
