This page is for police, prosecutors and other authorities requesting information about users of nudeorbit.com or the removal of content.

Who we are

Nudeorbit Limited is a company of the Republic of Seychelles. The service and its data are hosted in Seychelles.

How to send a request

Email legal@nudeorbit.com from an official address. EU authorities may also use the DSA contact point, dsa@nudeorbit.com. Please include:

• the requesting authority, officer name, badge or reference number, and a reply address;
• the legal basis for the request;
• the exact URLs, usernames or video IDs concerned;
• the information or action you are asking for.

Requests for user data from outside Seychelles generally need a valid legal process recognised in Seychelles, for example through mutual legal assistance. Removal orders under the EU Digital Services Act (Art. 9) and information orders (Art. 10) are handled as the DSA provides.

Emergencies

If there is an imminent risk to someone’s life or safety, or a child is at risk, mark the subject EMERGENCY. We act on emergency requests and on any report about a minor immediately, and preserve the related records.

Preservation

We preserve specified records for 90 days on a written preservation request while you obtain formal legal process.

What we hold

Videos stream from partner sites, so requests about the video files themselves should go to the partner named on the video page. For registered users we hold: username, email address, sign-up and last login time, comments, favorites, likes, playlists, follows and watch history. We do not keep visitors’ IP addresses, and technical logs are kept only briefly.

User notice

We may tell a user about a request for their data unless the law or a court order forbids it, or telling them would put someone at risk.
