These terms apply to your use of nudeorbit.com ("NudeOrbit", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

1. Adults only

NudeOrbit contains sexually explicit material. You may only use it if you are at least 18 years old and the age of majority where you live, and if viewing adult material is legal where you are. You are responsible for following your local laws.

2. What NudeOrbit is

NudeOrbit handpicks the best free videos from the world’s biggest adult sites and brings them together in one beautifully organised place. We don’t produce or store the videos ourselves. Each one streams straight from its original home, and those partner sites are responsible for their content, including verifying the age and consent of everyone on screen. Titles, thumbnails and tags come from them too.

3. Accounts

You can use most of the site without an account. If you create one, keep your login details private and give a working email address. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.

4. Orbit+ (paid passes)

Orbit+ is an optional paid pass. It removes ads from the site for its duration and unlocks member extras such as a profile badge and extra avatar colours. Using NudeOrbit stays free without it.

• Duration and price: each pass runs for a fixed number of days (currently 30 or 365) at the price shown on the Orbit+ page when you buy it, in US dollars.
• No automatic renewal: a pass simply ends after its days. Buying another pass adds its days on top of any time you have left.
• Payment: passes are paid in cryptocurrency through CryptoPayr, an independent payment processor. You choose the coin on its payment page. Exchange rates, network fees and confirmation times are set by the processor and the blockchain network, not by us. We never receive your wallet keys or bank details.
• Start: a pass starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. Because it gives you immediate digital access, you agree that it begins right away and, where the law allows, that the right to withdraw ends once it has started.
• Problems and refunds: if you paid but your pass did not start, paid twice, or something else went wrong with a payment, contact us within 30 days with your order number and we will fix it or refund you. A refunded payment removes the days it added.
• Personal: a pass belongs to one account and cannot be transferred or resold.
• Changes: we may add, change or retire individual extras. The ad-free experience you paid for stays in place until your pass ends. If we stop offering Orbit+, we refund the unused days of active passes in proportion.
• Suspension: if we suspend or delete an account for breaking these terms, any remaining days are not refunded.

5. Your content

Comments, playlist names and profile text you post stay yours, but you let us show them on the site. Do not post anything that:

• involves or sexualizes minors, or suggests anyone shown is under 18;
• promotes non-consensual acts, violence, or exposes someone's private information;
• harasses, threatens or impersonates others;
• is spam, advertising, or links to other websites;
• infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law.

We can remove any content and restrict any account at our discretion.

6. Things you may not do

• scrape, copy or mirror the site or its data in bulk;
• interfere with the site's security or try to access accounts that are not yours;
• use bots to create accounts, post, like or inflate counts;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

7. Removing content

If you believe a video listed here infringes your rights, shows a minor, or was published without consent, use our report form or see the DMCA & Content Removal page. We remove listings that we confirm should not be here and block them from being listed again.

8. Third-party sites and ads

Videos stream from our partner sites, and the site may show ads from advertising partners. We do not control those sites or ads and are not responsible for them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

9. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it is always available, error-free, or that any video stays online.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, NudeOrbit is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for anything caused by partner content or ads. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, which for free use is zero.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. The courts of Seychelles have jurisdiction over any dispute, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
