DMCA & Content Removal

We respect creators. Every video on NudeOrbit streams from its original home on a partner site, and when we receive a valid notice we take the listing off nudeorbit.com fast and make sure it never comes back.

For the fastest permanent removal, also send your notice to the site that hosts the video. Each video page names the hosting site.

Copyright notices

Send your notice through the report form (reason: Copyright infringement) or by email to dmca@nudeorbit.com. Include:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
• the nudeorbit.com URL(s) of the listings in question;
• your name, address, phone number and email;
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notices

If you believe a listing was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice to dmca@nudeorbit.com with the removed URL, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your signature.

Minors, non-consensual and private content

If a video shows someone under 18, was recorded or shared without consent, or shows you or someone you know against their will, use the report form and pick the matching reason. These reports take the video offline right away while we review them. You can also email abuse@nudeorbit.com. You do not need to prove ownership for these reports.

Repeat infringers

We stop listing content from sources that repeatedly provide infringing material, and we close user accounts that repeatedly post infringing or abusive content.
