Who is responsible

The controller of your data on nudeorbit.com is:

Your data lives on servers in Seychelles. Privacy questions and requests: privacy@nudeorbit.com.

Your privacy matters to us. Here’s exactly what NudeOrbit collects, why, and how you stay in control. No small print.

1. What we collect

• Without an account: nothing that identifies you by name. We never keep your IP address. To keep spammers out we use an anonymous code that can’t be traced back to you. Video views are counted anonymously.
• Usage statistics: through Google Analytics we see how the site is used: pages opened, how you arrived, device, browser, approximate location and actions such as playing a video, searching or switching language. It works with a random browser ID in a cookie (see the Cookie Notice), not with your name or email.
• With an account: your username, email address and password (locked away so that not even we can read it), plus the profile text and colour you choose.
• Activity on your account: favorites, likes and dislikes, playlists, watch history, followed pornstars and comments.
• Reports: what you write in the report form and, if you give them, your name and email.
• Orbit+ purchases: which pass you bought, the amount, the dates, the payment status and the payment processor’s reference number. We never see your wallet keys, card or bank details.

2. Why we use it

• to run your account and the features you use, including your Orbit+ pass;
• to send account emails such as welcome, password reset and security notices;
• to prevent spam, abuse and attacks;
• to handle content reports and legal requests;
• to understand what people enjoy and make the site better (usage statistics).

We do not sell your data and do not send marketing emails.

3. Who else sees it

• Payments: Orbit+ payments are handled by CryptoPayr, an independent cryptocurrency payment processor. It receives the order amount and our order reference, never your email or profile. On its payment page it processes your payment and, if you choose to give it, your email for a receipt, under its own privacy policy.
• Email delivery: account emails go out through a trusted email partner that only sees the address and the message.
• Hosting: our hosting and network providers process data to keep the site running.
• Analytics: Google Ireland Limited processes the usage statistics for us. Google may process this data outside the EU, including in the United States, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Data is kept for up to 14 months.
• Video partners and ads: when you press play, the video streams from our partner site, which may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. The same goes for our advertising partners.
• Authorities: when the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

Account data stays until you delete your account. Watch history entries older than 12 months are deleted automatically. You can clear your history at any time. Abuse-prevention data is deleted within days. Reports are kept as long as needed to handle them and any legal follow-up. Orbit+ payment records are kept for up to 7 years for accounting and legal obligations; deleting your account ends your pass and leaves these records linked to no profile.

5. Your choices

• Change your email, password and profile in Settings.
• Clear your watch history.
• Delete your account and everything linked to it from Settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
• Opt out of usage statistics by blocking the analytics cookies or with Google’s opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
• Ask for a copy of your data or any other request at privacy@nudeorbit.com.

6. Security

Your password is protected with the same strong encryption banks rely on, every page travels over a secure connection, and our team’s access is locked behind two-step verification.

7. Minors

NudeOrbit is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
